Background: Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 Wiki, Nisa in the Hyperdimension Games, Nisa in Disgaea 4
Personality: At first glance, Nisa desires to be a SUPERHERO! However, deep down she... still wants to be a superhero. Go figure. Nisa pursues the path of justice, defending those who need saving and punishing all evil. However, her endless zeal for justice and constant search for all things evil gave her the impression of being "some psycho who fights for justice" among the saner population. At one point, a recurring underling antagonist even asks if she's "high as a kite". Nisa takes no insult to your accusations, and will proudly tell you, "YYYYYYESSSSS! ON JUSTIIIIIIIIIICE!"
However, her status as Heroine can be questioned at times, especially when she seems violently determined on dispatching all evil. (Evil MUST PERISH, by the way.) There's also the fact that she likes utilizing a Darkness-based sword for her special attacks. But that's okay, because using the powers of Darkness is acceptable if it's for justice. Nisa is so heroic that she doesn't discriminate if someone needs help, even if they are demons or monsters, or slanderers of her glorious chest.
Oh, it should be mentioned that Nisa is a real flatty. Her chest is so flat, they could be called negative-A cups. Don't point that out to her, though. If anyone makes any comment about her flat chest, she will fly into an unstoppable rage and do everything to harm all offenders both mentally and physically. DEATH TO THOSE WHO INSULT THE BEAUTY OF MODEST-SIZED GIRLS! I'LL TEAR YOUR PANTS OFF AND LAUGH AT YOUR INADEQUACY!
... Ahem. Anyway, despite her dynamic hero personality, Nisa can be rather down-to-earth when not in the middle of heroic escapades of justice. When calm, she can easily point out the absurdities of some matters, and proves to be a really nice and humble girl. She can even give highly educated criticisms about literature!
In short, Nisa is the epitome of JUSTICE who almost never can calm down.
Evilities: Nisa exclusively uses a multi-weapon device called a Prinny Gun. It can fire lasers, and also use this laser as a blade. However, Nisa's true talents lie in her super strength, thus her punches and kicks are the best ways of dishing out damage. When enraged, her super strength doubles. This is why her weapon fortes in Disgaea 4 are Fists, Swords, and Guns. Also, due to her nature as the embodiment of Nippon Ichi Software, she is aware of the fourth wall and the alternate continuities, whether resulting from cameos or retcons.
And now for ~actual~ 100% legit Evilities:
Nippon Ichi - Nisa's stats grow by 1% for every 10 hours played. However, since this is a play-by-post game, this has been converted to her stats growing by 1% for every activity check passed.
Flat Alliance - All flat-chested allies on the field get a 10% stat boost.
